WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE PRESTIGE CLUB CARD?

The Prestige Club card is given to the client at the first check-out. If you carry your card you can use it for purchases from the airport shops. After your stay at a group hotel, if you have not already filled in the form, you can also become a member by registering your details online with Prestige by clicking on "Become a Member".

HOW CAN I BECOME A PRESTIGE GOLD MEMBER?

After the 5th check-out from any of the Porto Bay hotels, you will be allocated a Prestige Gold card.  From that moment on you will be a member at the highest level of the Prestige Programme.  This new card will be made available to you after your sixth check-in, offering a whole new range of benefits.

IN WHICH HOTELS CAN I USE MY CARD?

Once you are registered as a member with the group’s loyalty programme, you will be able to use your Prestige Card in any of the Porto Bay hotels in Madeira, the Algarve or Brazil.
