It is inevitable: when a Brazilian thinks of Portuguese food, the first thing that comes to mind is salt cod. Not infrequently, in the form of golden creamy croquettes. The Chef of the Il Gallo d’Oro restaurant, accompanied by Chef Davy Tissot, will be responsible for preparing two dinners for the disciples of Paul Bocuse.

The Cliff Bay, Porto Santa Maria, Vila Porto Mare resort and PortoBay Serra Golf hotels (located on Madeira) were awarded the “Green Key 2018”, an international prize which promotes Sustainable Tourism. This award turns the spotlight on good environmental and social practices, which value environmental management and promote Environmental Education for Sustainability.
This programme is run by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), based in Denmark, and is coordinated in Portugal by the European Blue Flag Association (ABAE).
The opening night was held at the “Il Gallo d’Oro by The Sea” special summer dinner, where we hosted the launch of Carbon champagne on Madeira !! But the official Formula 1 champagne will become a regular presence at Il Gallo D'Oro restaurant, with the introduction of the Carbon Menu . .. stay tuned !!
