To join Prestige by PortoBay just sign up as a member on the PortoBay app or in your personal area of the PortoBay website.
Prestige has 4 progression levels: Welcome, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Level progression within the programme is based on counting the number of stays and the number of nights spent in PortoBay hotels. Counting is done in Experience Points (XP); each stay is worth 6XP and each night is worth 1XP.
All guests can enjoy some benefits on their first stay. These vary according to the Prestige level and hotel they are staying in.
WELCOME
Discount on 1st stay!
The Prestige Welcome level is available for new guests. When you register on the PortoBay app or on www.portobay.com, you get a 10% DISCOUNT on accommodation on your first direct booking.
SILVER
From 7XP
This level gives 10% DISCOUNT on accommodation, restaurants, bars, spa, merchandising and laundry. Get more benefits and pampering in the hotel and with Prestige Partners at your destination.
GOLD
From 100XP
Prestige Gold members have 15% DISCOUNT on accommodation, restaurants, bars, spa, merchandising and laundry. Get exclusive benefits in the hotel and with Prestige Partners at your destination.
PLATINUM
From 350XP
It is the maximum level of the Prestige program. Recognizes highly loyal guests with all Prestige Gold benefits plus other special, personalized perks like Prestige Heritage.
