At the head of the kitchen of the Bistrô Flores restaurant is Chef Nuno Miguel. His talent and enthusiasm for Portuguese cuisine are reflected in the menu, which is dominated by dishes with Portuguese flavours and ingredients, presented with a refined technique and simple plating. In addition to the à la carte menu, there are daily snack suggestions with a touch of local flavour, such as “Porto-style” tripe.

VENUE & ATMOSPHERE

At the top of a majestic 16th-century staircase in the hotel, the Bistrô Flores restaurant spans three of the former mansion’s noble halls.

The ceiling height immediately leads the eye to the ceilings embellished with classical details. The granite stone and large windows are also original architectural features which afford the space a majestic character.

In contrast, the décor – in neutral tones and ochre, with golden highlights and textured wallpaper – provides a welcoming touch.
