The rooms in the first hotel belonging to the Porto Bay Group, Suite Hotel Eden Mar located in Funchal, has been recently refurbished. Pursuing its policy of ongoing renovation and guaranteeing high levels of comfort for its guests, the Porto Bay Group invested approximately two million euros in this refurbishment.
Divided into studios, superior studios, junior suites and suites, this four star hotel's 146 spacious rooms have been redecorated with textiles in warm pastels colours, completely new furniture and LCD televisions. The kitchenettes have been completely renovated and are equipped with a stove, fridge and micro-wave oven.
The Suite Hotel Eden Mar, belongs to the Vila Porto Mare resort, and shares facilities which are common to other two hotels – Hotel Porto Mare and The Residence; however, the character of each one of these is guaranteed by individual receptions and different room types.
The Vila Porto Mare gardens represent one of the most interesting botanical oases in Madeira.
