DOES THE HOTEL ACCEPT PETS?

The hotel does not accept pets. The hotel accepts guide dogs, hearing dogs and service dogs. Any guest who uses an assistance dog must provide proof of the following, whenever necessary: the identification of the animal (card and badge); compliance with the legally prescribed health requirements and compliance with the obligations for civil liability insurance required under the terms of the law. The assistance dog must carry an official badge which should identify it as such and be clearly visible. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog so that we can prepare your room accordingly.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

I HIRED A CAR. WHERE CAN I PARK IT?

You can park your vehicle for free in the Villa's outdoor car park. Capacity for two cars.

IS LA VILLA SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Absolutely! La Villa was designed with families in mind, so children are always welcome – including at The Cliff Bay hotel.
Please note that the pool at La Villa is not supervised, so we kindly ask that you remain alert for safety reasons.
If you would like supervision at specific times, you can book this extra service through your personal assistant, subject to an additional fee.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HOST PARTIES AT THE VILLA?

Parties or events are not allowed at the Villa.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE VILLA?

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of the Villa, such as balconies, the garden, and the solarium.

CAN I USE THE OUTDOOR FIREPLACE?

There is an outdoor fireplace on the pool solarium; however, it is purely decorative and should not be used for cooking.

WHAT ARE THE POOL RULES?

The use of glass objects in the pool area is prohibited.
You must shower before using the pool.

WHAT IS THE NOISE POLICY?

From 11:00 PM onwards, noise levels must be kept low. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED WITH ESSENTIALS FOR CHILDREN?

If you're travelling with children, you'll find the following items available:


> High chair: in the storage area next to the kitchen.


> Cot: must be requested at the time of booking.


> Inflatables for the pool: in the changing room by the pool.


> Board games: inside the sideboard next to the dining table.

DOES THE VILLA HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?

The villa offers Wi-Fi access for guests.

DOES THE VILLA HAVE A FIRST AID KIT?

Yes! You can find a first aid kit in the Villa’s kitchen.

WHERE CAN I HAVE BREAKFAST?

You can enjoy your breakfast at the Rose Garden restaurant at The Cliff Bay hotel.
You may also request a continental breakfast to be served at La Villa, for an additional cost of €10 per person (service fee).
This service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance with your personal assistant, specifying the delivery time.

DOES THE VILLA HAVE ROOM SERVICE?

You can order room service from The Cliff Bay hotel, at an additional cost of €10 per person (service fee).

DOES THE VILLA HAVE A CLEANING SERVICE?

Cleaning service is included during your stay, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Please inform your personal assistant of your preferred time.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CLIFF BAY HOTEL?

As a guest at La Villa at The Cliff Bay, you have full access to all facilities of The Cliff Bay hotel, located right next door.
In the garden, you’ll find a gate providing direct access to the hotel.
