Under the French culinary concept of “bistronomy”, the restaurant combines bistrô and haute cuisine into high-quality food at affordable prices. This concept serves a menu that changes with the seasons and market produce. Bistrô4 is the five-star PortoBay Liberdade hotel's restaurant [Lisbon, Portugal].
THE RESTAURANT
Inside, the restaurant’s dining room is warm and welcoming, and from here it is possible to glimpse the bustle of the kitchen, led by Chef Mauro Gonçalves. It is from there that the dishes are created, forming a menu that highlights seasonal produce.
Outside, the charming patio is marked by a large tile artwork by artist Joana Rego, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. A peaceful space in the heart of the city.

Dinner: 7pm-10.30pm
