TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards 2023

Every year, TripAdvisor recognizes its travellers’ favorite hotels through two types of award: ‘Best of the Best’ and ‘Travellers’ Choice’. In 2023, the PortoBay Flores, in Porto, Les Suites at The Cliff Bay and The Cliff Bay, in Madeira, are all on the exclusive lists of the best hotels in the world. This award is attributed to only 1% of the hotels on TripAdvisor and it represents one of the most sought-after awards for international hotel groups.

In the category of ’25 best hotels in Portugal’ are included the PortoBay Flores and The Cliff Bay, while in the category ’25 best luxury hotels in Portugal’ are referenced the PortoBay Flores, Les Suites at The Cliff Bay and The Cliff Bay.
In addition to these, all PortoBay hotels have been chosen as ‘Travellers’ Choice’, which awards 10% of the hotels on TripAdvisor!
