PortoBay receives Apollo Resor awards

Apollo Resor, the Scandinavian operator belonging to the DER Touristik Nordic group, honoured different hotels in the Autonomous Region of Madeira that have distinguished themselves for their customer service over the last year [Winter 2022/2023] and three PortoBay hotels won awards!

Each year awards are presented in more than 10 countries encompassing more than 20 destinations, and in Madeira the 4-star PortoBay hotels were the only ones to be honoured in this category.

We won awards in three categories: Gold – Porto Mare, Silver – Porto Santa Maria and Bronze – Suite Hotel Eden Mar. The selection was made based on guest ratings, with PortoBay hotel winners obtaining marks above 9.
