CHEF ARMANDO CAPOCCI With a professional path spanning Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, Chef Armando Capocci built his training within European cuisine. In Paris, he worked in several renowned restaurants. In Italy, at Reale restaurant (three Michelin stars), he completed a year and a half of training and professional practice, deepening his culinary method and discipline.
He currently lives in Lisbon, where he is the head chef of La Fiorentina restaurant. He is a member of Chefs Sans Frontières and represents the Lisbon region within the AICP – Associazione Italiana Cuochi Professionisti, actively promoting Italian gastronomy in Portugal. His work is distinguished by attention to detail and an approach focused on quality and authenticity.
