On 30 October, Bistrô4 restaurant will be the stage for the next “Chefs Get Together”, the PortoBay gastronomic event that promotes the sharing of experiences among the chefs of the group’s various restaurants.
On this evening, resident Chef João Espírito Santo will welcome Chef Alcino Marques, PortoBay Executive Chef, and Chef Benoît Sinthon, Executive Chef of The Cliff Bay hotel and the restaurant Il Gallo d’Oro (two Michelin stars and Green Star), both from Madeira island, for a unique dining experience.
The dinner invites you to discover combinations such as foie gras terrine and pheasant pâté en croûte, coastal fish with green leaf and bisque, and Iberian pork shoulder with Alentejo flavours.
