During these meetings, the chefs share experiences, exchange knowledge, and create a special menu for each event, with products from the geographies where they are present. The next event will take place in Lisbon, at the Bistrô4 restaurant, with the presence of resident chef João Espírito Santo and chef Pedro Baptista, from the PortoBay Falésia hotel, in the Algarve.
