Starlight Dinner

There are nights that call to be savoured slowly. On 30 August, the garden at Bistrô Flores invites you to take your seat beneath a starlit sky for a special 3- to 5-course dinner designed to celebrate summer and the pleasure of fine dining.

The menu opens with smoked veal carpaccio scented with orange blossom, paired with mango, blueberry and balsamic vinegar, followed by a 62 °C egg served with green bean ragù, mushrooms and Jerusalem artichoke.

For the main courses, duck magret with beetroot, apple and Madeira wine, and octopus with cornbread, leek and peppers.

To finish, matcha panna cotta with raspberry and Sichuan pepper brings the evening to a close with balance and lightness.
