Start by savouring the shrimp with a royal quinoa crust. For the main courses, enjoy a pistachio risotto accompanied by lobster tartare and Siberian Polanco caviar, followed by a succulent herb-crusted lamb loin.
To sweeten the evening even more, share a pâtisserie selection including raspberry mille-feuille, intense chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier, white chocolate crème brûlée, and amarena and strawberry macarons.
