Seven hotels recognised by British Airways Holidays

PortoBay Hotels & Resorts had seven of its hotels, located in Madeira, Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve, honoured in the latest edition of the “Customer Excellence Awards” by British Airways Holidays. The winners were the 5-star hotels The Cliff Bay (Madeira), PortoBay Liberdade (Lisbon) and PortoBay Flores (Porto) and the 4-star PortoBay Falésia (Algarve), Porto Santa Maria, Porto Mare and The Residence, Madeira.
These awards are the result of customer reviews at British Airways Holidays, taking into account location, service, cleanliness and quality. This year, around 475 hotels received awards, which means that PortoBay hotels were amongst the top 4% in 2020. All PortoBay establishments were rated above 9, with 10 being the maximum.
