Five hotels recognized by British Airways Holidays

The Cliff Bay, Porto Mare, Porto Santa Maria, PortoBay Liberdade and PortoBay Marquês have all received Customer Excellence Awards from British Airways Holidays! These PortoBay group hotels, located on the island of Madeira and in Lisbon, were evaluated by this operator’s customers, taking into account criteria such as location, service, cleanliness and quality. This year, around 650 units were distinguished, which means that PortoBay hotels were among the 5% best classified in 2019. All PortoBay units had ratings above 9 out of 10, when 10 is the maximum rating. Thank you !!
