Il Basilico now in the Algarve

After Lisbon and Porto, the Il Basilico brand extends all the way to the Algarve!
The PortoBay Falésia hotel in Olhos d’Água opened its new Italian restaurant last Friday. With a prime location and views of the red cliffs, Il Basilico restaurant offers a menu inspired by Italian comfort cuisine, served in a Mediterranean-inspired space with a light, comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
The kitchen at Il Basilico Algarve is run by Stephane Gallou, executive chef at the PortoBay Falésia hotel and responsible for the preparation of delicious risottos, tortellini, ravioli and pizzas . ..
