PortoBay creates a Gastronomic Academy

They share techniques and expertise, develop new concepts, and work even more closely together . ...we have created the PortoBay Gastronomic Academy, an internal training facility that focuses on attention to detail and the gastronomic experience in the Group's hotels. Leading this academy is Chef Benoît Sinthon, who is now working more closely with the other PortoBay chefs not only in Madeira, but also in Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve.
