‘Wine Services of the Year’ for Il Gallo d'Oro

Il Gallo d'Oro restaurant was awarded the 'Wine Services of the Year' prize at the 25th edition of ' Best Wines of the Year', organised by Revista de Vinhos.

"When we sat down for dinner in the restaurant we prepared ourselves for an amazing sensory experience, with no added frills but all the details", says the magazine, adding "like a ballet that is perfected in every gesture, the service is immaculate and the dynamic created in the room is even better".

As regards the wines, the magazine emphasizes that "the different sections of the menu are duly harmonised with wines. The successes achieved in this respect prove that there has been a preliminary study and some clear teamwork between chef and sommelier".
