The spring/summer flavours have arrived at the Bistrô4 restaurant !! The menu has been adapted according to the produce and ingredients this season has to offer, presenting a range of lighter and fresh suggestions.
Start off with a Bistrô4 gazpacho. .. rocket risotto with scallops and smoked duck, rack of lamb with a parsley crust, fried polenta and aubergine achar are some of the main course options. Finish with a red fruit and vanilla pavlova with raspberry ice cream.
