Equipped with Technogym™ cardiovascular training, weightlifting equipment and free weights. These machines allow access to the entire grid of the hotel's more than 120 TV channels, internet browsing, email access and social networks.
We have a team of personal trainers (PTs) specialised to carry out evaluations, coaching sessions and creating personalised fitness programmes according to your needs (service requires advance booking and has an additional cost).
Gym opening times are from 7am to 10pm.
WELLNESS AREA
Spacious indoor heated swimming pool (14x5 metres), with natural daylight, hydro-massage and water jets (vitality pool). Located by the SPA, the area surrounding the swimming pool has loungers indoors as well as a pleasant outdoor patio.
Pool opening times are from 7am to 10pm.
The double treatment rooms, the relaxation room overlooking the outdoor pool area, the sauna and the Turkish bath . .. are also some of the features of this approach to an urban resort. Don’t forget to visit the jacuzzi on the hotel terrace!
