At the top of a majestic 16th-century staircase in the hotel, the Bistrô Flores restaurant spans three of the former mansion’s noble halls.
The ceiling height immediately leads the eye to the ceilings embellished with classical details. The granite stone and large windows are also original architectural features which afford the space a majestic character.
