Apple crumble
(recipe for 10 people)
Ingredients
• Granny Smith apples – 2 kg
• Sugar - 200 g
• Butter - 500 g
• One lemon
• Ground cinnamon – 30 g
• Cinnamon - 3 sticks
Crumble
• Flour - 500 g
• Oats - 800 g
• Sugar - 150 g
• Butter (cold) - 500 g
Method
• Dice the apple;
• Sauté the apple in the butter and add the sugar, juice of 1 lemon and cinnamon sticks until the apple is caramelised;
• Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with ground cinnamon;
• Stir all the ingredients well and cover the tin;
• Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes;
• Check it is the desired colour, and if necessary leave it in for another 5 minutes.
Baked apple with port wine
(recipe for 6 people)
Ingredients
• Golden apples - 6
• Ruby port wine - 0.5 L
• Cinnamon - 6 sticks
• Sugar - 100 g
Method
• Peel the apples and put them on a baking tray;
• Place a cinnamon stick inside each of the apples;
• Sprinkle the sugar on top of the apples and then drizzle them with port wine;
• Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Cold oatmeal porridge
(recipe for 6 people)
Ingredients
• Oat flakes - 800 g
• Milk - 1 L
• Honey - 100 g
• Granny Smith apples - 2
• Yoghurt drinks - 5 (aroma of your choice)
• Walnut kernels - 100 g
• Ground cinnamon - 30 g
Method
• Mix the oats and milk in a bowl and leave to stand in a cool place for at least 6 hours;
• Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Granola
(recipe for 20 people)

Ingredients
• Walnut kernels - 500 g
• Pumpkin seeds - 500 g
• Peeled almonds - 500 g
• Sunflower seeds - 500 g
• Hazelnut kernels - 1 kg
• Sultanas - 500 g
• Prunes - 500 g
• Dried apricots - 500 g
• Oat flakes - 500 g
• Cornflakes - 500 g
• Sugar - 500 g
• Honey - 400 g
• Butter - 500 g
Method
• Mix all the ingredients together, except the honey and butter in a bowl;
• Put the mixture onto baking trays;
• Drizzle the honey onto the diced cold butter as evenly as possible over the mixture in the baking trays;
• Bake at 160°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes so that the honey and butter are well mixed in with the rest of the ingredients;
• Let stand outside the oven.
